screen-splitsEvery hour is split into 20, 3 minute rotations. Each 3 minute rotation displays advertisements, sponsorship, content and council messages.

Advertisers are allocated 30 minutes of time per hour with ads available in 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 and 60 second spots.

Content sponsorship is flexible, with the ability to communicate with local or national audiences. 5 minutes of every hour is given to clients sponsoring the screens.

15 minutes of every hour is dedicated to local news headlines, weather and sport features. This ensures a useful source of up to the minute information.

10 minutes of every hour is provided to the council to use for its own community messages.
